FlowersCapital, LLC is a real estate investment company. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers, we are not acting as your agent or fiduciary, and we do not represent you in any transaction. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.
